Pause your meal

We accept cancellation calls only till 8 pm for the next day’sorders. You must sms us on the following number 8108135258.  The meal shall be carried forward.

Cancellation and refund

All your cancelled meals shall be carried forward (if informedbefore 8 pm). All monthly meal plans shall be consumed within 45 days from thestart/renewal of the plan.

We do not provide any refund facility, unless and until it is notpossible to deliver at the mentioned address. In this case the money shall berefund within 10 working days.

If the meal is not delivered at your doorstep before 2 pm (exceptfor the first day of your trial/monthly meal), then you have the option tocancel the meal. We shall carry forward the meal.

The Mumbai Dabbawalla : Meal deliveries arealso undertaken by an independent delivery service the Dabbawallahs to designated address that has been verified by this service as accessible for deliveries.
